Content Director of the El Trotaqueserías portal for four years; She is also a Brand Ambassador for brands such as Castillo de Canena, Quesería La Antigua de Fuentesaúco, and currently Montaraz.
Co-founder of the Q de Quesos project, organizer of the Cheese Meeting in Madrid, and former CEO of Tasting Mad.
