It is an honor to welcome you to the 1st International Sabor Granada Congress, an event born from the desire to place our province on the world gastronomic map, showcasing to the world the excellence, authenticity, and diversity that characterize our products and professionals.

From the Granada Provincial Council, we are promoting this event within the framework of the Sabor Granada Brand Strategy 2025–2028, convinced that gastronomy is one of the most powerful drivers for the economic, tourism, and cultural development of our region. This congress is an opportunity to forge alliances, exchange knowledge, promote training, and foster innovation throughout the entire provincial agri-food ecosystem.

Granada is territory, history, and flavor. With the concept of “ENCLAVE,” we celebrate this union between tradition and innovation, between the product and the cuisine, between the land and those who work it with effort and passion every day.

This space brings together farmers, ranchers, bakers, winemakers, cheesemakers, chefs, waiters, sommeliers, and so many other professionals who, with their talent and commitment, make the Sabor Granada brand a symbol of quality and pride for the province.

This congress marks the beginning of a new chapter for Sabor Granada, one we envision as more open, more collaborative, and more international.
