Alliance between 'Sabor Granada' and the Royal Academy of Gastronomy for the province's gastronomic excellence
The President of the Granada Provincial Council, Francis Rodríguez, stated that "we are working to place our local gastronomy in a prominent position."
Antonio Díaz, the Provincial Deputy for European Funds, Development, Industry, and Employment in Granada, presented the 1st International Gastronomic Congress 'Sabor Granada' at Madrid Fusión, which will be held in the city of the Alhambra on November 10 and 11. The aim is to position the capital and the province at the epicenter of world gastronomy from the triple perspective of sustainability, innovation, and excellence.
