Chef and communicator
Dani del Toro is a chef and food communicator.
He loved cooking from a young age, and although he studied Computer Science and worked for years in the ICT sector, his true passion is cooking.
His life changed when he became a contestant on the TVE program MasterChef, the toughest cooking competition on television. Since then, he has developed numerous projects related to gastronomy and the promotion of agricultural products, including workshops, showcooking events, conferences, promotional campaigns, and more.
In 2020, he returned to TV as co-presenter of the talent show 'Aguja Flamenca' on RTVA. You can see him in the series 'Tapas by DDT', available on Amazon Prime. He has been awarded "Best Gastronomic Influencer" by the Seville Hospitality School in 2020, recognized with the Blogosur Award for Best Gastronomic Influencer in Andalusia in 2022, Honorary Patron of the 2025 National Potato Awards, presented by Campo magazine, and the Strawberry Award for Best Ambassador, presented by Freshuelva in 2025.He is a member of the Seville Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism, a contributor to Canal Sur Radio and Television, and the face and chef of Dia supermarkets in Spain, which received the TikTok Award for Best Corporate Content in 2023.
In addition, Dani del Toro is a partner in the company Origen Gourmet Selección, dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of breadsticks and flatbreads; a business project where he combines his entrepreneurial spirit and his passion for gastronomy.
