We are delighted to welcome you to Cocinando Enclave Granada, an initiative created with the firm ambition of showcasing the gastronomic potential of our province and establishing Granada as a genuine benchmark destination on the national and international culinary scene.

At the Granada Provincial Council, and within the framework of the Sabor Granada Brand Strategy 2025–2028, we are promoting this initiative as a key tool for energising our agri-food ecosystem; strengthening partnerships between producers, hospitality businesses, distributors and retailers; encouraging greater professionalisation within the sector; and promoting gastronomic tourism.

Granada is much more than a territory; it is diversity, identity, landscape and flavour. With “ENCLAVE” as its central concept, Cocinando Enclave Granada highlights this uniqueness by bringing together produce, cuisine, front-of-house service, innovation and sustainability.

All of this is guided by a strategic vision that embraces quality as our hallmark, collaboration as our method, and the economic development of our region as our ultimate goal.

This event strengthens the new chapter for the Sabor Granada brand: more cohesive, more widely recognised and more international. It is a meeting place for reflection and celebration, honouring the excellence of the work carried out by the hundreds of professionals who shape our agri-food and gastronomic identity every day.
