PRESIDENT OF THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL OF GRANADA

It is an honour to welcome you to “Cocinando Enclave Granada”, an event that continues the spirit of the “1st International Sabor Granada Congress”, which we organised last year. Its aim is to place our province on the global gastronomic map by showcasing to the world the excellence, authenticity and diversity that define our products and professionals.

At the Granada Provincial Council, we are promoting this event as part of the Sabor Granada Brand Strategy 2025–2028, firmly convinced that gastronomy is one of the most powerful drivers of our region’s economic, tourism and cultural development. This event provides an opportunity to build partnerships, exchange knowledge, promote training and foster innovation throughout the province’s agri-food ecosystem.

Granada is a land of heritage, history and flavour. Through the concept of “ENCLAVE”, we celebrate the connection between tradition and the avant-garde, between produce and cuisine, and between the land and the people who work it every day with dedication and passion.

This is a space where professionals come together whose talent and commitment have made it possible for the Sabor Granada brand to become a symbol of quality and pride for the province.

“Cocinando Enclave” is part of a new chapter for Sabor Granada—one in which we want the brand to become more open, collaborative and international.

We are committed to creating a forum for reflection, learning and inspiration, where the value of work well done is recognised and a shared vision for the future, founded on excellence, is promoted.
